Defense Calling First Witnesses in Casey Anthony Trial

Defense lawyers for Casey Anthony called their first witness today, which will include a well-known expert expected to say Caylee Anthony drowned, and a convicted kidnapper. Jenna spoke to Shayan Elahi, a criminal defense attorney, about the defense’s strategy and how the issue of whether or not child abuse played a role in Caylee’s death could determine the verdict.
